Terms of Service

1. The service

Glacies is a free, independent service that presents National Hockey League (NHL) statistics and analytics. It is a non-commercial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL or any of its teams. All NHL and team names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not: attempt to disrupt or overload the service; circumvent rate limits or security measures; scrape or bulk-download data through automated means beyond normal personal use; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Glacies name, design, and original content are owned by the operator. The underlying statistical data is sourced from the NHL public API and remains subject to the rights of the NHL and its licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Statistics may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Glacies is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and must not be relied upon for betting, financial, or other decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Glacies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts.

Glacies does not currently provide a dedicated contact channel. This section will be updated with contact details when one becomes available.
